Our Story
Tinker-E grew from a recurring observation in my work.

Over the years, I supported teams across technology, operations, and regulated environments where training was taken seriously. Courses were developed, sessions were delivered, and completion metrics looked strong. Yet after training, employees still hesitated when handling real work, and managers often had to step in to reteach tasks.
The challenge was not effort or engagement.
It was how learning was structured.

Many programs focused on delivering information but not on building practical capability. Employees attended training once and were expected to perform immediately, without guided practice, reinforcement, or tools to support them on the job.

I founded Tinker-E to address this gap.

Instead of starting with content, I start with performance: what employees need to be able to do, what decisions they must make, and what support they need while working independently. From there, I design structured learning journeys supported by coaching, real practice, and performance tools.

Today, Tinker-E partners with organizations to design onboarding academies, capability programs, and performance support systems that help employees perform confidently in real situations.

Because effective learning is not measured by attendance — it is measured by performance.
